Duffy -- HAI’s founder, Mike has acted as a principal on a wide range of business transactions, including assembling, growing and successfully divesting a portfolio of new media businesses, and growing and successfully liquidating a start-up telecom company. Before moving to the business side, Mike practiced corporate and securities law for ten years at Ropes & Gray in Boston, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, financings and securities transactions. Mike has an undergraduate degree from Harvard and law degrees from Oxford and the University of Pennsylvania. David J. Blahnik -- With extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, financial analysis and operations, Dave has served in management positions at three start-up technology companies. Dave has also provided a wide range of consulting services to established and start-up companies in a variety of industries, both domestic and international. Dave has degrees in accounting, finance (MBA) and international affairs. |
